Intensive In Community Service Practitioner

The In-Home therapy team provides strength-based therapy to families, children, and youth under 21 years old who have significant behavioral health needs. Therapists are Master’s level clinicians who provide 1-1 and family therapy with the goal of enhancing functioning and positive communication both individually and within the family system. Therapists provide evaluation, therapy, crisis intervention, stabilization, and case management to children, adolescents, and their families as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Educational/ExpRequirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or related discipline.  License preferred (LCSW, LSW, LPAC).

Behavioral Assistance

Provide home-based family services, including crisis intervention, counseling, skill building, concrete services, and advocacy. This position requires monthly supervision by our Licenced Clinician.

Requirements:  A graduate degree in human services or related field; or an undergraduate degree in human services or related field and at least one year experience working with families required.
